We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2019, at the age of 98, Sylvia Jean Baldini (Corning, New York), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Meconi and Maria Rosaria Meconi (Imbriaco); and her siblings, Johanna Casale, Mary Devereaux, Domenick, Rocco and Toselle.
She is survived by: her spouse John Baldini; her children, John Baldini, Jr. (Patricia) of Silver Spring, MD, Joseph Baldini (Elizabeth) of Silver Spring, MD, Bernadette Baldini of Corning, Carmela Bertron (Steve) of Hornby and Mary Bell (Leonard) of Parma Heights, OH; her siblings, Pat Meconi of Wilmington, DE and Delphine Pierri of Montour Falls; her grandchildren, Jennifer Bertron, Marco Bertron (Michelle), Alonzo Bertron, Christa Milhouse, Alyssa Danchuk (Kris), Casey Bell, Vincent Bell, Christine Baldini, Brian Baldini (Jessica) and Gina Baldini; and her great grandchild Natasha Danchuk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Sylvia's memory to Corning Meals On Wheels, Corning Community Food Pantry, or to All Saints Parish.
