With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sharyn K. Raker (Corning, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid Sharyn farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Hart and Madelene Hart (Fey); her husband Gerald Raker; her sister Janet Dutcher; and her stepson Raker.
She is survived by: her sisters, Kathy Pabis (Frank) of Rochester and Pamela Warden of Painted Post. She is also survived by six step-children; several grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (51 Maple St, Addison, NY 14801).
