She is survived by: her husband Frank Portner; her children, Tracy Serva (Bradley) of West Elmira and Brian Portner (Mary Cunningham) of Corning; her grandsons, Colby and Drew Serva; and her sister-in-law Sonja Kelly (Dan) of Triangle, VA. She is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
