She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Knickerbocker and Wilma Knickerbocker (Houghtaling); her former husband Elvin Smith; her mother-in-law Zida Smith; her siblings, Sherlon "Tom", Gerald Knickerbocker, Valerie Betts, Janine Neff and Bonnie Hall; and her niece Amy Newkirk.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Smith of Painted Post, NY and Tim Smith of Corning, NY; her grandchildren, Jordan Smith, Kaitlyn Robbins (Devin), Adam Kizis (Adrienne) and Alyssa Brown (Tevin); her great grandchildren, Evelyn Robbins, Finnlee, Coralei Kizis, Thane and Tyden Brown; her siblings, Harlon "Pat" Knickerbocker (Edna) and Kathy Newkirk Piersons Knickerbocker; her siblings-in-law, Lois Knickerbocker and Robert Betts; and her adoptive children, Linda, Debbie, Tracy, Daryl, Dave and Maureen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
