He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Willingham and Bernice Willingham (Gobel); his sister Lois; and his nephew Pete. He is survived by: his close friend Heidi C. Cuples of Painted Post; his children, Travis Willingham of Mansfield, Jennifer Jones (Brandon) of Virginia and Edward Willingham (Patti) of Painted Post; his grandchildren, Thomas, Ryan, Clayton, Nathan and Kahlan; and his siblings, Donald Willingham of Texas and Alice Willingham (Sally Willingham) of Addison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
