He was predeceased by: his sisters, Laura Harter and Sylvia Crane. He is survived by: his parents, Harry Crane and Vera Walker Crane; his wife Darlene; his sons, Daniel Crane of Corning and Ronald E. Crane Jr of Penn Yan; and his brothers, David Crane and James Crane. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
