He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick W. Bills and Geraldine M. Mattoon; his wife Becky Bills of Hornby; his children, Amy Bills of Hornby and Ronald L. Bills II (Cheryl) of Lindley; his grandchildren, Rain Bills, Mckenna Bills and Melody Sabatini; and his siblings, Roxanne Greenfield, Gardner Wayne Bills of Hornby, Frederick Bills (Lena) of Hornby, Randy Bills of Iowa and Norma Bills of Hornby. He was also cherished by many Nieces and Nephews.
As all are welcomed, we will be adhering to New York State regulations for social distancing and attendance regulations.
