He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Adams and Laura Adams (Young); his daughter Brenda; his son-in-law James Zimmer; his siblings, Tracy, Wanda, Jeanette, Audrey, Leland, Edwinna and Robert; and his brother-in-law Rodney Spring.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Holderbach; his son David; his daughter-in-law Wendy Adams of Bath; his grandchildren, Caleb David Adams and Rebekah Joy Adams; his stepgrandson Zimmer; his sister Betty Wilson; and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Adams and Virginia Spring. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
