He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Beebe and Helen Beebe (Moore); his daughter Tammy L. Stilson; and his siblings, L. Douglas Beebe, Carolyn Quagliana, Normalou Rowe, Edwin W. Beebe and Gerald Beebe.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice J. Beebe of Corning, NY; his daughters, Shelley L. Scott and Lisa R. Beierling; his grandchildren, Chelsea J. Maynard (Bryan), Michael C. Iannarilli (Megan), Daniel T. Scott and James P. Scott; his great grandchildren, Izabelle G. Maynard, Blake C. Maynard, Leland Cook, Raphael M. Iannarilli, Clementine R. Iannarilli, Constance Scott, Rosalie Molnar and James P. Scott Jr.; his sister Esther B. Hall of Horseheads, NY; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Beebe of Savona, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
