He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bob; his parents, Thomas Garrett and Anna Garrett; and his siblings, Joseph, Russel, Vernon, Charles, Harold, Kenneth, Mae, Mary and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Judith; his son Ian Robert Garrett; his daughter-in-law Melissa Luznicky Garrett of Ithaca, NY; his daughter Anne Garrett O Lionain; his son-in-law Cian O Lionain of Wexford, Ireland; his grandchildren, Hannah, Liam, Jacob, Eabha, Eoghan and Bridget; his brother Donald Garrett; his niece Barbara Garrett Madea; his close friends, John, Margo Brown, Anne and Ian; and also, Scott and Jason.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 171 W Pulteney St, Corning, NY 14830.
