He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Vockroth and Emma Vockroth (Benson). He is survived by: his sons, William Vockroth and Larry Ruggles (Kathy Clark); and his sister Nancy Graham of Elmira, NY. He is also survived by three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
