She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roderick Dibble and Laura Dibble (Wood); her husband Barry L. Swan; and her siblings, Ruth Lottie Howland (Thomas) of Corning, NY, Laura Ann Jelliff of Wellsboro, PA and Roderick Lynn Dibble of Painted Post, NY. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
