He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Passmore and Frances O'Bryan Passmore; his wife Pauline; and his siblings, Victor Edward Passmore, John Paul Passmore, Ronald Thomas Passmore, Joan Mary Letson, Patricia Ann Wray and Carol Margaret Moulthrop.

He is survived by: his sons, Raymond (Anne) of Rochester, Donald (Jan) of Corning, David (Jeanne) of Virginia, Jon of Painted Post and James (Brenda) of Painted Post. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
