We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2022, Phyllis Ann Keegan (Corning, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Tobey and Frances Tobey. She is survived by: her husband Gary Keegan; her children, Jeffery Keegan (Donna), John Keegan and Chris Wenderlich (John); her grandchildren, Greg Wenderlich (Andrea), Andy Keegan, Nick Wenderlich (Lisa), Alan Keegan, Lauren Thompson (Jeff) and Carley Karpinski (Patrick); her great grandchildren, Ainslee Wenderlich, Jordan Thompson, Ryleigh Thompson, Ayu Keegan, Ethan Wenderlich, Ash Keegan and Sophie Wenderlich; her brother Robert Tobey (Linda); and her brothers-in-law, Jim and Bill Keegan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked for a donation to The Alzheimer's Association (act.alz.org) or The Alzheimer's Foundation of America (alzfdn.org).
