He is survived by: his wife Jean M. O'Brian of Corning, NY; his children, Debbie Kephart (Richard) of Corning, NY, Martha Pound (Jeffrey) of Corning, NY, Tracy Wilson (Gus) of Lindley, NY and Phillip O'Brian Jr. (Deanna) of Corning, NY; his brother Richard O'Brian of Corning, NY; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Kephart (Eric Stratton), Brian Kephart (Chelsea), Andrew Arnold (Keanna), Tina Stocum (Michael), Steven Arnold (Amanda), Sam Wilson (Nicole), Jesse Wilson (Brittany Hill), Sara Crawford (BJ), Cheyenne Lewis (Cal), Shannon Snider (Anthony), Zoey O'Brian, Dakota and Ferry. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
