She was predeceased by: her parents, Glayson Henry and Irena Maxine Henry of Hornell; her daughter Terah Patrica Guthrie; her parents-in-law, Thomas and Bertha Guthrie (Smith) of Fremont; her brother Rick Henry of Hornell, NY; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Guthrie of Corning, NY and Thomas Guthrie of Hornell, NY..

She is survived by: her children, John, Erin Guthrie (Waasdorp) of Fremont, Sarah (Daniel Wilson), Rebekah (Kyle Fletcher) and Moriah (Justin McNeill); her grandchildren, John Tylor, Tanara (Jesse Smith), Terah, Danae, Rianna, Joleen, Elijah, Landyn, Damien, Kaydinse, Kylen and Danica; her husband John Guthrie of Fremont; her siblings, Candice Eldredge (David) of Stanley, NY, Sharon Patton (Stephen) of Granberry, TX, Connie Zetts (Matthew) of Sparta, NC and David Henry (Shaune) of Alfred, NY; and her siblings-in-law, William Guthrie (Lyla) of Zephryhills, FL, Daniel Guthrie (Patrica) of Fremont, NY and Joyce. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
