He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Pelham and Gladys Pelham (Andrews); his wife Irma Pelham (Olmstead); and his sister Louise Force. He is survived by: his daughter Annette M. Baldwin; his grandchildren, Casey Baldwin and Darbi Fretwell of Brooklyn, NY; his niece Donna Nelson; and his nephew Clifton White (Shirley).
