III; his daughter-in-law Diane Powers of St. Augustine, FL; his daughter Gerald; his son-in-law Patricia Powers Kettle of Endwell, NY; his grandchildren, Mollie, Connor and Patrick Kettle; his siblings, Frances Monroe of Elmira and Joseph Powers of Beacon, NY; and his brothers-in-law, Virginia of Elmira, Timothy Lynch of Elmira, Jean of Elmira and Joseph Gizzi of Elmira. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
