He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rafferty and Rosemary Rafferty (Brown); his brothers, Daniel, Steven and Timothy; and his nephews, Timothy Jr., Jason Rafferty and Caleb Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Rachelle Rafferty (Deserea) and Brennon Rafferty (Nicole); his significant other Deanna Mason; his significant other's daughter Ava; and his siblings, Colleen Morseman (Timothy), Rosemary Smith, Robin Benesh (Michael), Shaun Rafferty and Sharon Machuga (James). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Club (7724 NY-417, Addison, NY 14801).
