Burlingame; his children, Mark Burlingame, April Campbell, Christopher Campbell and Michael Sawyer; his siblings, Ronald Campbell, Deborah Padgett and Beverly Meadows; and his former wife Christine Campbell (Thelma Sawyer). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
