It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maynard J. Wellington of Corning, New York, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wellington and Gladys Wellington (Hubbard); and his siblings, Glenora Martin, Eloise Jacobus, Winifred Beebe, Jan Crooker, Leslie Bliss, Carolyn Bates, Benjamin VanKurin, Richard VanKurin, Donald VanKurin, Gerald VanKurin and David Wellington.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wellington of Avoca; his children, Chris Wellington (Norie Oubre) of Avoca and Heather Feely (Jim) of Wayland; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Wellington (David White) of Avoca, Haleigh Thistle (Quintin) of Avoca, Emily, Ashley, Olivia, Amelia and Isabella Feely; his great grandchildren, Aryah, Eliana, Colin, Carsyn and Hudsyn; and his siblings, Evelyn Gridley (Morris Sr.), James Wellington and Kenneth VanKurin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
