He is survived by: his children, Debe Rumsey (Myron) of Horseheads, Diane Force (Peter) of Coopers Plains and Clayton Courtney of Corning; his grandchildren, Ryan Rumsey, Alexis Kelly and Alyssa Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Karl, Christine, Peter and Susan.
