She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Keagle and Nellie Keagle; her spouse Dewane Clark; and her daughters, Barbie and Lisa Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Blackwell (Kim) of Owego, NY and David Clark (Rhonda) of Southport, NY; her grandchildren, Shane Blackwell (Jennifer), Ryan Blackwell (Rikki), Jesse Clark, Casey Clark, Brandon Clark (Morgan) and Heather Clark (Ricky); her siblings, Burt Simpson and Sharon Henshaw; and her brother-in-law Roland Clark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
