She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rarrick and Anna Rarrick (Coleson); her daughters, Ronda and Renee Billington; her sisters, Rose Marie Atkinson, Georgianna Williams and Mary Colburn; and her stepsons, Bill and Lance Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Allen of Corning; her son Michael Billington of Corning; her siblings, Jeanette Goebel (David) of Webster, NY and Richard Rarrick of Lindley, NY; her stepsons, Rodney Allen (Arillia) of Belize, Edward Allen (Sharon) of Florida, Emery Allen of Big Flats, Lyndsley Allen (Nicole) of Corning, Scott Allen (Betty) of Florida and Christopher Allen of Lindley; and her son-in-law Rick Van Etten. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions, if desired, can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
