He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose (Bassett); his children, Justin Cook (Rosie) and Amy (Thomas); his siblings, Theodore Cook (Mari) and Kathy Kelly (Robert); his grandchildren, Coleman Graves (Aleiya), Henry and Finley Cook; his aunts, Esther Stanton, Ruth Smith (Melvin) and Grace Campbell (Charles); and his cousins, Candace Hart (Gary) and Judy Schuck.
