He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis, Sr. Larsen and Florence Larsen (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Orton of Painted Post; his children, Margret Kostolansky (John) of Jefferson, MD and Erik Larsen (Raheela Latif) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Kaylie Kostolansky, Larsen Kostolansky (Erik Jones), Julie Larsen, Alex Larsen and Rachel Larsen; his great grandchild Macie Larsen; and his sisters-in-law, Floris Sisler and Marjorie Olmstead (William). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
