It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lamonte Orr of Corning, New York, who passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wellington "Jack" Orr and Carmen Reynolds; his daughter Sharville Orr; his brother Eugene "Bucky" Orr; and his grandson Danny Taft.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn E. Orr (Travis); his children, Cecile Mullen (Robert), LaMonte Orr Jr. (Samantha), Elvis Orr (Lateasha), Crystal Orr (Troy), Mary Hurd and Christine Taft; his siblings, Sandra Fritz, Steven Orr, Sylvia Thompson, Daryl Orr and Sherry Vanzile; and his grandchildren, Damian, Trenton, Devon, Dezmond, Mason, William, Lori, Timothy, Samantha, Caitlin, Cassidy, Kenny, Latasha, James, Joshua and Daniel. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
