He is survived by: his daughter Sabrina Frank of Corning; his sister Gaile Starkweather (Terry) of Wellsboro; his sister-in-law Tammy Frank of Tioga; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Cullen (Aaron), Tyler Starkweather (Morgan), Teaka Wilcox (Jason), Tess Frank, Brett West, Brandy West and Hayley West.
