He is survived by: his parents, George Welch and Elizabeth Welch (Amisano); his brother George Welch, Jr. (Stephanie) of Corning; his nephews, George-John Welch III and Andrew Saxton Welch; his niece Caroline Elizabeth Welch; and his friends, Dave Brown, Jason Jobe and Andrew St. Laurent. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
