He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Mitchell and Frances Mitchell (Dykins); his wife Marlene Brown; and his sister Ann Norman (Mitchell). He is survived by: his children, Patrick Mitchell of California, Pamela Bonina (Jeff) of Florida, Darcy Young of Georgia, Christa Stelmack (Jon) of Corning and Christopher Mitchell (Marcia Peters) of Painted Post; his brother Charles Mitchell (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Jimmy, Michael, Brandon, Bobby (Calli), Macy, Hannah, Owen and Jaxon.
All COVID-19 precautions will be in place.
