She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Nancy Lamb Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, James A. Smith Jr. (Nancy), Kimberly S. Mryglot (Dennis), Scott W. Smith (Margaret) and Matthew P. Smith (Ana); her grandchildren, Leigh Smith Donley (Brandon), Andrew Smith (Amanda), Katelin Mryglot, John Mryglot, Titus Smith and Austin Smith; her great grandchildren, Elliana Donley, Colton Smith and Camreigh Smith; her brother William R. Palmer (Mary); and her nieces, Sarah, Lexi and Mary Elizabeth.
