She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mildred Ludy Starke and Robert Starke; her sister Lorraine Smith; her children, Rhonda Savey, Deborah Clark (Aaron Clark), Kelly Krauss and Chris Mosher (Christa Mosher); her grandchildren, Suzette Morgan, Jeffrey Robbins, Macayla Mosher, Cayden Mosher, Brandon Benjamin and Tommy Krauss; her great grandchildren, Aubrianna Morgan, Brayden Baldwin and Odin Robbins; and her children, Joana Everly and Raymond A. Savey Jr..

“To the family of Jerre, I’m sorry for your loss. I remember Aunt Jerre when I was younger and she always had a smile and cared about you kids. She would visit our house often with the three older kids and you were always dressed up. Our families lost touch as the years passed, but we always thought about her and how she was doing and how her family was. She is now at peace and reunited with those she loved.”

“Jerre Roberta Starke passed away this June 19, 2023. She was the daughter of Jim and Regina Hulbert. Soon to be adopted by Robert Starke and Mildred. She was a very beautiful lady. In high school she was in honors and always followed by new studied and was at top. She married her first love Raymond A Savey and had three children. Joana M Savey whom has passed on. Raymond A Savey whom has passed on and one surviving daughter Rhonda (Savey) Lee. She continued on to meet Mr. Gary Mosher an”
