He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Jr. and Norma Grace Neally (Manson); his wife Judy Tyler; his granddaughter Daryll Lutz; and his siblings, Sharon Neally and Robert Neally.

He is survived by: his children, Darlene Fairchild (Carl) of Corning, Fred Neally (Tracey) of Corning, James Neally Jr. (Amanda) of Kentucky and Robert Neally (Vicki) of Campbell. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
