He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Eastwood and Martha Eastwood (Steele). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Root; his daughter Jennifer Phillips; his grandchildren, Peyton Phillips and Trinity Phillips; and his sister Patricia Foreman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
