He is survived by: his parents, James L. Weaver and Frances Weaver (Murray); his wife Sharon; his children, Jennifer Allen of Caton and Brian Weaver (Sandy) of Caton; his sister Ellen Weaver of Horseheads; his grandchildren, Jack, Jillian, Aiden, Logan and Juliet; and his cousin Connie Ann Taylor (Dave) of Syracuse. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
