He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ginnan and Inez Ginnan of Caton, NY.; his siblings, Carley Ginnan, Earl Ginnan, Daniel Ginnan and Doreen Crane; his stepbrother LeRoy Taft; and his sisters-in-law, Sybil Ginnan, Joyce Ginnan, Barbara Ginnan, Maria and Michele Mayer.
He is survived by: his wife Ella Ginnan (Mayer); his son William Ginnan (Melody) of Corning; his granddaughter Samantha McNutt (Corey) of Elmira; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Carrington, Trinity and Weston; his grandson Jesse Ballance of Corning; his daughter Christal Storms (James) of Caton; his siblings, David Ginnan (Sylvia), Roy Ginnan (Sandra), Douglas Ginnan, Mary Ginnan and Barbara LeBednik (John); his stepsiblings, Lewis Taft (Char), Kenneth Taft (Voneta), Alberta Roman (Paul) and Judith Wickering (John); and his brothers-in-law, Gary Miller (Patsy), Charles Mayer (Lettie) and Roy Mayer.
