She is survived by: her children, Merilva Sly, David Scudder and Kathy Montgomery; her grandchildren, Velva Scudder, Chip Sly, Carl Sly and Shawna Gammal (Kevin); her siblings, Donny Haight, John Haight (Kathy), Annabell, Dorothy and June; her cousin Jewel; and her close friend Roxanne. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
