She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Patterson and Velma Forrest Patterson; her husband David Lehman; her granddaughter Kayanna Lehman; and her siblings, Leonard, Richard Patterson and Peg Patterson.
She is survived by: her children, Frances Allen, Steven Speciale (Terri), Thomas Speciale (Rebecca), Velma Pazzaglia (John), Columbia Crossroads, Samuel Speciale Jr. (Rebecca) and Tracey Lehman-Kelly; her stepsons, David Lehman (Rose) of Erwin, NY, Daniel Lehman (Bob), Surprise, Douglas Lehman (Phyllis) and Peoria; her grandchildren, Terry Mascho (Lindsay), James Mascho, Jon Mascho, Thomas Speciale, Tyler Speciale, Melissa Queen (Chip), Belinda Daniels, Rachel Speciale, Marc Speciale (Lydia), Johnny Pazzaglia (Katelyn), Melissa Pazzaglia, Victoria Ace (Ethan), Stephanie Vermilya (Chad), Samuel Speciale III, Andrew Speciale, Vincent Speciale, Megan Kelly, Steven Arnold and David Lehman-Kelly; her close friend Richard West; and her siblings, Arlene Price (Judd), Edward Patterson, Donald Patterson and Sharon Loucks. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
