He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Luckner and Bunny Luckner; his former wife Dolores; his sister Jean Judith; and his brother-in-law Walter Doyle.
He is survived by: his wife Dee; his daughters, Lucy Smassanow (Lee) and Laurie Hall (George); and his grandchildren, Francis Luckner, IV (Connie), David Luckner (Eileen Goltry), Harold Luckner (Sheryl), Samuel Luckner (Amanda Courtright) and Jay Luckner (Lisa). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: St. Jude's Children Hospital, Shriners Hospital or Chemung County Humane Society.
