He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Cratsley and Mary Cratsley (Carruthers); his wife Susan M. Cratsley (Dee) of Corning; his son Francis E. Cratsley, Jr. of Elmira; his grandchildren, Zachary, Courtney and Nichaulas; and his great grandchildren, Sofia, Ashton, Addison and Solan. He was also cherished by 13 siblings, many sisters and brothers-in-laws, along with many nieces and nephews.
