She was predeceased by: her parents, Watson Scouten and Grace Scouten (Kimber); her siblings, Frank, Henry, Theodore, Robert, Julia, Bertha, Cleora and Joy; her son Stephen; and her grandson Ronald.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Dykins and Georgia Garrison; her daughter-in-law Marie Demorest; her sisters, Theola Shukwit and Naomi Lawrence; and her grandchildren, Sara, James, Timothy, Marcus, Tara, Sarah Lynn, Stephen Ray, Matthew and Christina. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Haughey Funeral Home, Inc. (216 E 1st St, Corning, NY 14830). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
