It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Mae Welty of Corning, New York, who passed away on May 26, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Benjamin and Doris Dunbar (Pierson); her husband Floyd Welty; and her siblings, Ford Butler and Roxanne Butler.
She is survived by: her son Benjamin Welty of Corning, NY; and her brothers, Pat Butler (Lori Seeley) of Lindley, NY and Steve Butler (Hazel) of Painted Post, NY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Eva's name may be sent to Carpenter's Funeral Home, 14 E. Pulteney St., Corning, NY 14830 to assist with funeral expenses.
