He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Putt and Stacey Putt; his close friends, Liam Phelan (Lexi) and Kolton Putt; his great-grandparents, Mary Ann Putt and Richard Ryall; and his grandparents, Jennifer, Raymond Carapella, Rick and Lois Putt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites anyone to donate to The Ronald McDonald House any chance they get, so that kiddos just like ET can continue to spread their love to the people they love the most.
