She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Kwiatkowski and Theresa Kwiatkowski of Cheektowaga, NY; and her husband Richard Urbanek. She is survived by: her sons, David Urbanek (Heather) and Andrew Urbanek (Chrissie); her granddaughter Gwendolyn Urbanek; and her sister Sharon Fink. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
