She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bower and Mary Bower (Dooley); and her brother Phil Bower. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Moore (David) of Dumfries, VA, Julie Cotter (Jeff Scribner) of Newark, NY, Michael Bower (Michelle) of Wellsboro, PA and Melissa Bower-Schilberger (David) of Painted Post, NY. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 7 siblings; and many nieces and nephews.
