Debra Cosier Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2020, at the age of 67, Debra Cosier (Corning, New York), born in Montour Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Farrell and Betty Farrell (Decker); her grandson Justin Cole; and her siblings, Rick and Donna.

She is survived by: her close friend Clifford Morseman; her children, Fred A. Cosier Jr. of Hornby, Toni R. Cosier (Robert Haynes) of Lindley, Melissa J. Cosier of Corning, Jacqueline S. Zeringue (Eric Titus) of Painted Post, Jason B. Welch (Jen) of Corning, Jonathan M. Neally (Kristy) of Corning, Carla Barney (Danny) of Rathbone, LeRoy Morseman of Jasper and David Morseman of Addison; her grandchildren, Keisha, Robert, Destiny, Natasha, Dylan, Ashley, Digger, Dustin, Jerica, Denver, Elisha, Jasmine, Isaiah, Haley, Serenity and Bree; and her siblings, Mary, Mike, Jeannie, Bonnie, Doug, Randy, Steve, Jake, Rusty and Becky.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a holiday charity of one's choice that provides Christmas for less fortunate children.
