Casbeer (Smith); her children, April Zyla, Jeffrey Twist, Lorraine Tillotson and David Tillotson of Campbell; her siblings, Max C. Black (Sharon), Big Flats, Elton Black (Laura) of Corning, Jason Black of Addison, Linda Brown of Big Flats and Joan Teall (Richard) of Addison; her grandchildren, Devin Twist, Andrew Twist, Nicholas Zyla, Kyle Partridge and Kaitlin Twist; and her close friend Steven Thomas. She is also survived by several close friends, cousins nieces and nephews.
