He is survived by: his wife Nancy Russell; his children, Christopher and Tracey Hayes; his son-in-law Christopher Glick; his grandsons, Brody and Braden Hayes Glick; and his nephews, Seth, Will Watkins and Mica Benson. He is also survived by many cousins, and countless friends.
