He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Timothy Fraser (Cyndi), Sherry Fraser Pulvermiller (John), Lisa Fraser Horner, Thomas Fraser and Michael Fraser; and his stepchildren, Alan Cooper and Diann Burgey (Michael). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
