He is survived by: his parents, Charles McNeill and Delphine Youmans McNeill; his sons, Brandan McNeill and Bryan McNeill; his siblings, William McNeill (Irene), Kathy McNeill, Diane Dann (Steve), James McNeill (Barb) and Bonnie McNeill; his grandchildren, Liam McNeill, Carson McNeill and Aubrey McNeill; and his close friend Bill Swimley.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Haughey Funeral Home, Inc. (216 E 1st St, Corning, NY 14830). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel Knoll Cemetery (508 Victory Hwy, Painted Post, NY 14870).
